Vendor Registration and Contract

Please complete and return this contract by email or mail to reserve your booth space. Due to the layout of the convention center and the different types of booths available I cannot guarantee that what you reserve will be available. I require a $75.00 deposit per booth and will fit your needs as best I can on a first come first serve basis. Once the floor plan is finalized I will send you an invoice with balance due. Balance due invoices must be paid by October 1, 2007. After this date your deposit will be forfeited and your booths offered to those that may be on te waiting list. You may cancel your reservation up to October 1. 2007 and receive a full refund of your deposit.

By returning this contract with payment you agree to the following simple rules and regulations.

1. Exhibitor assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend 6th Scale Icons Inc. and The Henderson Convention Center and their respective employees arising out of the use of the exhibition premises.
2. The Exhibitor understands that neither 6th Scale Icons Inc. nor the Henderson Convention Center maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor's property and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.
3. The Exhibitor is solely responsible for the safekeeping of its own property while attending the Convention during Convention hours.
4. All Exhibitors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner. Anyone failing to do so may be asked to leave the convention without any recourse or refund of monies paid.
